You did not receive your booking confirmation by email ?

  1. – Please carefully check your spam/junk folders for the email address you provided when making the booking,
    and add contact(@) to your list of contact.
  2. – Make a new reservation by entering a valid email address.
  3. – Make sure all the required fields are filled out.

Cancellation is free of charge right up to 2 hours prior to arrival time. You can cancel your reservation by clicking « manage my reservation» in your email confirmation. You can then cancel your reservation yourself. You will receive an instant cancellation confirmation.

If you have already made a reservation for the same day, please cancel it before booking a new one. Double bookings are not taken into account.

    No personal information is collected without your knowledge via this form. The collected data are not communicated to third parties and are not kept beyond the time necessary to proceed with the booking and / or to treat your request as efficiently as possible. See our privacy policy
