You did not receive your booking confirmation by email ?
- – Please carefully check your spam/junk folders for the email address you provided when making the booking,
and add contact(@)soroom-hotel.com to your list of contact.
- – Make a new reservation by entering a valid email address.
- – Make sure all the required fields are filled out.
Cancellation is free of charge right up to 2 hours prior to arrival time. You can cancel your reservation by clicking « manage my reservation» in your email confirmation. You can then cancel your reservation yourself. You will receive an instant cancellation confirmation.
If you have already made a reservation for the same day, please cancel it before booking a new one. Double bookings are not taken into account.
