How Does it Work ?

When you book a day use room, you receive an instant booking confirmation by email with your reservation details.

You book your room at no charge through website and you pay directly at the hotel upon arrival.

For most hotels, you only need an email address to confirm your booking. Some might ask for a credit card to guarantee your reservation.

If you did not receive your booking confirmation by email:

– Please carefully check your spam/junk folders for the email address you provided when making the booking.
– If you did not receive a booking confirmation, please contact us using a valid email address.

I want to cancel my booking

Cancellation is free of charge right up to 2 hours prior to arrival time. You can cancel or change your reservation by clicking « manage my reservation» in your email confirmation. You can then cancel your reservation yourself. You will receive an instant cancellation confirmation.

I want to modify my reservation

To modify your reservation (date, hotel, number of people…), please first cancel it by clicking « manage my reservation » in your email confirmation. You can then make a new reservation.

Good practices

If you have booked a room in a hotel but wish to change, please cancel your reservation prior to making a new one. If you have already made a reservation for the same day, please cancel it before making a new one. Double bookings are not taken into account.
